Refund policy

Please email our team at uk@blackcoralwax.com (include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order for assistance with returns and any additional questions. We accept returns of unused and unopened products. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.


If you need to exchange your products because of a manufacturing defect we will send you a prepaid return label. DO NOT SEND it back on your own, You will need to use the return label that we send you and request the authorization form. 


For each returned or exchanged item, a handling fee of 15% of the order value is charged.


The money will be refunded immediately after the complaint is accepted (usually after 14 days)

Black Coral Wax products do not offer price adjustments.

Used heaters are not exchangeable unless for manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year.

We are not responsible for damages caused to the product inside of the boxes due to mishandling.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Return Instructions

  1. Inform us at uk@blackcoralwax.com and do not forget to share order id.

  2. You will receive a return label from us with all necessary shipping information.

  3. Always RETURN using a trackable shipment.

  4. Print the included return label and add it to your package.

  5. Remember that each return label can only be used once and for one shipment only. Each package must be sent back with a separate return label.

  6. Make sure to properly secure your returned items by packing them in a box and filling the gaps with protective materials. 

  7. The return must be made within 30 days of the order being delivered.
