Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday with Royal Mail or UPS, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12pm UTC +1  will ship the same day. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. If we are experiencing high order volumes, your order may take longer to ship. 

You will receive a notification and tracking number via email once a tracking label has been created. Note that it may take a few hours for tracking updates to appear after the label has been created, depending on the carrier.

United Kingdom Orders: Typically arrive within 1-3 business days
Europe Orders: Usually arrive within 9-15 business days for most countries, though it can take longer depending on the country. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this  time. International shipping will be available soon to select European countries (Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Austria, Poland, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Denmark, France)

Please note, we are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

Double check that your address is correct, we are not responsible for lost items.

We will do our best to help you locate your missing package. However, filing a claim with the courier used is mandatory so that we can take further action. 


We do not ship to P.O. BOX addresses and/or APO or FPO addresses.

Free Shipping applies ONLY for the UK territory.


All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not the responsibility of BCW GROUP LTD


SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Any orders with Fraud alerts will not be shipped until all details and information are verified. No exceptions.

BCW GROUP LTD is not responsible for late or lost mail. This is the carrier's responsibility. Once items have been shipped with a tracking number and marked as delivered by the carrier, we do not issue refunds. Please file a claim with the carrier by visiting their respective websites.

Packages that are refused or undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be sent back to the warehouse. If your package is returned for these reasons, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to choose a delivery address where the package can be safely delivered and where someone is available to receive it.

For each returned or exchanged item, a handling fee of 25% of the order value is charged.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We will update your tracking number via email. All orders include a verified tracking number and a link. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update. If you encounter any issues with the tracking number or the delivery of your package, please contact the right courier directly — Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx, or DHL — before reaching out to us. Once your package leaves our facility, we have no control over the delivery process, so you’ll need to address any problems with the courier.


CANCELLED ORDERS

If an order is placed in error and cancelled prior to processing, a fee of 15% of the order value will be charged. This fee partially covers the costs BCW GROUP LTD incurs from our payment processor, as well as our internal handling expenses. This charge applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason, including changes to the credit card used. Once a tracking number has been generated and the order has left our warehouse, cancellation will no longer be possible.
